Design Lines Architects has for many years worked for several small private development companies across the North East, and as such we have a wealth of experience and knowledge about speculative housing development.

Symphony Court, Gateshead where DLA completed a 12 apartment design started by others.
Cricketer’s Court, Richmond ; full design and construction drawings for 8 apartments over a split level site overlooking the county cricket pitch at Richmond, North Yorks.
Bramwell Court, Gateshead ;
A 24 apartment block for which Design Lines redesigned a former scheme to add an apartment and reconfigure the building into 2 parts with separate entrances and stairways, and then completed the construction drawings.
